Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of type I CRPS according to the Budapest criteria
- Type I CRPS involving the ankle or foot
- Onset of CRPS type I up to a maximum of 3 years after the symptomatic event
- Pain intensity of at least 5 on the visual analog scale (VAS) at recruitment
- Receiving pharmacological treatment with the first infusion cycle of neridronate
You will not qualify if you...
- Having neurological pathologies such as stroke, degenerative, or traumatic conditions
- Having local neurological impairment (type II CRPS) confirmed by conduction tests or similar
- Presence of a cardiac pacemaker
- Treatment site malignancy
