Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age over 18 years
- Newly diagnosed heart failure with left ventricular ejection fraction less than 50% within 12 weeks prior to enrollment
- Able and willing to give consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Left ventricular ejection fraction 50% or higher at time of diagnosis
- Receiving palliative care
- Unable or unwilling to give consent
