Eligibility Criteria

- Patients aged 65 and over
- Hospitalized for ischemic stroke or recurrence and already treated with antithrombotic medication
- Living at home or planning to return home
- Provided consent for recording of the interview
You will not qualify if you...
- Cognitive disorders or stroke effects preventing participation in interview (per medical judgment)
- Non-French speaking patients
