Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above
- Smoke at least 1 tobacco stick (including heated tobacco products) per day or use e-cigarettes daily in the past 3 months, verified by exhaled carbon monoxide level of 4ppm or above
- Living with at least one child aged 12 or below
- Living with at least one non-smoking family member
- Living in deprived households with monthly income below HK$ 28,000 or living in subdivided flats or social housing
- Able to communicate in Chinese (including reading Chinese in instant messaging)
- Able to use instant messaging tools (e.g., WhatsApp, WeChat) for communication
You will not qualify if you...
- Those with physical or cognitive communication barriers
- Those currently participating in other smoking cessation programs or services
