Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • All patients treated with curative intent for prostate cancer, including those with positive lymph nodes
  • Patients receiving radiation therapy, including post-operative and adjuvant treatments
  • Willingness to complete toxicity and quality of life questionnaires (QLQ-PR25 and QLQ-C30)
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Not willing to complete toxicity and quality of life questionnaires
  • Patients not receiving radiation therapy
  • Patients treated with non-curative or palliative intent, including those with bone metastasis
  • Patients without prostate cancer
