- Patients aged 18 and older with histologically confirmed malignant head and neck tumors, undergoing definitive or adjuvant radio(chemo)therapy at the University Hospital W�fcrzburg

- Missing informed consent
- Mental or physical disorders preventing understanding or completion of questionnaires
- Investigator judgment that participant is unlikely to comply with study procedures
