Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Male or female aged 18 years or older
- Triglyceride levels greater than 150 mg/dL
- Ability to communicate and follow study requirements
- Willingness to participate and provide signed informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of gluten hypersensitivity or coeliac disease
- Body mass index over 30 kg/m2
- Unstable preventive treatments (lipid-lowering drugs, antihypertensives) within the last 3 months
- Any medical or surgical condition limiting adherence to the study protocol
