Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with AML according to WHO2022 criteria (non-APL) and have not received systemic anti-leukemia therapy except hydroxyurea or low-dose cytarabine
- Age 18 years or older
- ECOG performance status of 0 to 4
- Fertile women agree to use effective contraception during treatment and for 3 months after treatment ends
- Signed informed consent form
You will not qualify if you...
- Known allergy to any investigational drug
- Resistance to azacitidine, Venetoclax, or Chidamide
- Unable to take oral medication
- Active uncontrolled infections (bacterial, fungal, or viral)
- Uncontrolled major organ dysfunction such as cardiac insufficiency, decompensated liver insufficiency, or moderate/severe renal insufficiency
- Participation in other clinical studies that interfere with this study's purpose
- Deemed unsuitable by investigators for participation
