Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Eligible participants are active duty service members or retired veterans.
- Must have lower limb trauma, including transtibial and transfemoral amputations, bilateral amputations, or limb salvage.
- Must be enrolled in conventional rehabilitation at participating military treatment centers.
- For amputees, must be a community ambulator with K-Level 3 or 4.
- For limb salvage, must have an IDEO and be enrolled in the Return-to-Run training program.
You will not qualify if you...
- Subjects with dysvascular disease are excluded due to poor postural stability and fall risk.
- Subjects must not have excessive pain or neuromuscular problems that prevent performing the test protocol.
