Observing Brentuximab Vedotin Plus CHP as First Treatment for Adults with CD30-Positive Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma in Spain

Researchers are evaluating how well brentuximab vedotin combined with cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone CHP works and how safe it is as a first treatment for adults with CD30-positive peripheral T-cell lymphoma in Spain. This observational study collects information from patients who have already received this treatment as part of routine care to understand real-world outcomes and side effects. The study is led by the Grupo Espaol de Linfomas y Trasplante Autlogo de Mdula sea. Participants received brentuximab vedotin plus CHP as their first-line therapy between January 2019 and September 2024 according to usual medical practice. This study does not assign or change treatments but reviews patient medical records retrospectively to evaluate treatment effectiveness and safety across multiple centers in Spain. During the study, researchers will measure how long participants live without their lymphoma worsening progression-free survival over up to about 68 months. They will also assess how well the treatment shrinks or eliminates lymphoma, overall survival, side effects including nerve problems and low white blood cell counts, and other outcomes like PETCT scan responses and lymphoma subtype impact. Information is gathered from existing medical records, and the study does not involve new treatments or procedures for participants.
