Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 18 and 65 years
- Self-reported smoking of at least 5 cigarettes per day or regular vaping with nicotine
- Desire to quit using nicotine
- Willingness to set a quit date
- Able to provide written informed consent to participate
You will not qualify if you...
- Currently enrolled in another behavioral intervention program
- Pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
- Experiencing problematic use of alcohol or drugs
- Documented cognitive impairment
- PHQ-9 score of 14 or higher or GAD-7 score greater than 12
