Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age between 18 and 65 years
  • Self-reported smoking of at least 5 cigarettes per day or regular vaping with nicotine
  • Desire to quit using nicotine
  • Willingness to set a quit date
  • Able to provide written informed consent to participate
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Currently enrolled in another behavioral intervention program
  • Pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
  • Experiencing problematic use of alcohol or drugs
  • Documented cognitive impairment
  • PHQ-9 score of 14 or higher or GAD-7 score greater than 12
