Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Clinician-confirmed type 1 diabetes and initiation of the t:slim X2 insulin pump with Control-IQ technology and Dexcom G6 or G7 CGM sensor
- Age 6 years or older at enrollment
- Using an insulin approved for use in the pump
- Patient or parent/guardian able to respond to alerts and provide basic diabetes self-management
- Reside full-time in mainland France
- Have an email address and mobile phone number
- Participant or participant's parent/guardian has read and understood the information notice and agreed to participate, including agreeing to use Control-IQ technology for at least 12 consecutive months, reuse of clinical data including HbA1c results, and completion of study questionnaires

- Any medical condition or medication that the investigator judges to be a safety concern for participation
- Patients considered vulnerable under French law
