Real-World Data Study on Lymphoma and Survival in Adults Including Seven Key Lymphoma Subtypes

What this Trial Is About

Researchers are studying lymphoma in adults to better understand prognostic factors by combining epidemiological, clinical, and biological data. The study focuses on seven subtypes of lymphoma and aims to identify causes of treatment resistance and relapse, monitor long-term health effects, and assess quality of life and second cancers in survivors. This observational platform also looks at how treatments work in real life and explores socio-economic issues related to lymphoma. Participants diagnosed with lymphoma within the last six months and who consent to join the REALYSA cohort provide data for this study. There is no treatment given as part of this observational study instead, data about the patients lymphoma subtype, treatments received, and outcomes are collected and analyzed over time. Patients are included from various regions and lymphoma subtypes to create a comprehensive database. During the study, researchers collect ongoing information about patients health, treatments, and disease progression. They measure outcomes such as progression-free survival over five years and record events like second cancers and chronic diseases. The study tracks patients response rates, survival, and frequency of lymphoma transformations. Participants are followed long-term to better understand lymphoma outcomes and quality of life.
