You may qualify if you...
- Age between 3 and 17 years
- Have a medical document from a healthcare practitioner authorizing medical cannabis use
- Medical cannabis authorized for pain, sleep, mood, behaviour, seizures, cancer, or cancer-treatment symptom management
- Ability to respond to electronic questionnaires in English
You will not qualify if you...
- Using cannabis for medical purposes without authorization from a healthcare provider
- Using cannabis only for recreational purposes
