Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 18 years or older with confirmed unresectable or metastatic breast cancer
- Documented HER2-low status (IHC1+ or IHC2+/ISH-) in patients with prior chemotherapy in metastatic setting or who developed recurrence during or within 6 months of completing adjuvant chemotherapy
- Recent decision (within 30 days) to start trastuzumab deruxtecan treatment
- Able and willing to provide informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- History of other primary cancers within 2 years before diagnosis of unresectable or metastatic breast cancer
- Currently participating or previously participated in a blinded interventional clinical trial
- Patients with HER2-low status who previously had HER2-positive status in the same tumor
