Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Female individuals aged 18 or older
- Diagnosed with Stage I, II, or III breast cancer
- At least 6 months since completing chemotherapy
- Approved by an oncologist to participate
- Have internet access and can connect online
- Scored above 23 on the Mini Mental Status Examination Test
- In the contemplation stage according to the Transtheoretical Model
You will not qualify if you...
- Having neurological or systemic diseases affecting the intervention
- Presence of metastasis affecting study sustainability
- Suffering from neuropathic pain
- Participated in a healthy lifestyle program within the last 3 months
