Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Signed informed consent
- Age 18 years or older
- Histologically confirmed non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer
- Stage IB-IIIA NSCLC with confirmed complete surgical removal (R0 resection)
- Confirmed EGFR sensitive mutations (exon 19 deletions or exon 21 L858R) before starting adjuvant osimertinib
- Recurrence after or during osimertinib treatment as per RECIST 1.1 criteria
- Next-generation sequencing gene test report available at recurrence (tumor or blood sample)
- May have received neoadjuvant treatment before surgery
You will not qualify if you...
- Surgical removal of stage I-III NSCLC not confirmed
- Received adjuvant therapy other than that used in the ADAURA study
- No next-generation sequencing test report at recurrence
- History of other cancers within the past 2 years
- Assessed by investigators as unfit due to neurological, metabolic, or other health issues or high risk from treatment-related complications
