This study is a single-center, randomized, controlled prospective study. Those who will recieve hormone replacement therapy-frozen thawed embryo transfer (HRT-FET) are enrolled in the study. To determine the effect of oestrogen dosage reducion on maternal and fetal complications in HRT-FET cycles while maintaining the similar clinical pregnancy outcome in HRT-FET cycles with regular oestrogen dosage.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Female
  • Aged between 20 and 40 years old
  • Planned frozen thawed embryo transfer with a single blastocyst embryo
  • Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 28 kg/m2
  • Fewer than 3 previous transfer cycles
  • Willing to participate and provide informed consent
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Presence of chromosomal abnormalities
  • Contraindications to hormone replacement therapy
  • Uterine conditions such as myoma, severe adenomyosis, endometriosis, congenital malformations, endometrial tuberculosis, or intrauterine adhesions affecting embryo implantation
  • Participation in other clinical studies
