This study is a single-center, randomized, controlled prospective study. Those who will recieve hormone replacement therapy-frozen thawed embryo transfer (HRT-FET) are enrolled in the study. To determine the effect of oestrogen dosage reducion on maternal and fetal complications in HRT-FET cycles while maintaining the similar clinical pregnancy outcome in HRT-FET cycles with regular oestrogen dosage.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Female
- Aged between 20 and 40 years old
- Planned frozen thawed embryo transfer with a single blastocyst embryo
- Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 28 kg/m2
- Fewer than 3 previous transfer cycles
- Willing to participate and provide informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of chromosomal abnormalities
- Contraindications to hormone replacement therapy
- Uterine conditions such as myoma, severe adenomyosis, endometriosis, congenital malformations, endometrial tuberculosis, or intrauterine adhesions affecting embryo implantation
- Participation in other clinical studies
