Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Histological diagnosis of diffuse glioma (WHO grade 2, 3, or 4)
  • Subjective cognitive impairment with a CFQ-score of 44 or higher
  • Able to give informed consent and undergo treatment and measurements
  • Stable disease: no oncological treatment for 2 months prior to inclusion, no radiological progression on recent MRI (within 6 months), and no clinical progression at inclusion
  • Stable dosage of anti-epileptic medication for at least 8 weeks
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Currently pregnant or gave birth less than three months ago
  • Receiving other treatments for cognitive complaints
  • Karnofsky performance score less than 70
  • Tumor located in the parietal cortex
  • Have implanted medical devices (e.g., pacemaker, deep brain stimulator, cochlear implants, medical infusion device)
  • Presence of metal in the body
  • Sleep deprivation
  • Extreme claustrophobia or metallic objects in or on the body preventing MRI
