Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Child under seven years of age with blood lead level greater than 5 micrograms per deciliter
  • Child must live in housing built before 1978
  • Child must sleep at home during the two-month study period
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Any health history in the child that could affect study results
  • Any situation that prevents the guardian or parent from consenting or participating in the study
