Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Aged 65 years or older
  • Able to speak Cantonese over the telephone
  • Experiencing loneliness with a score of 6 or higher on the 3-item UCLA Loneliness Scale
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Cognitive impairments
  • Psychiatric disorders, learning disabilities, or active suicidal thoughts
  • Currently participating in psychotherapy or psychosocial interventions aimed at improving well-being
