Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Aged 65 years or older
- Able to speak Cantonese over the telephone
- Experiencing loneliness with a score of 6 or higher on the 3-item UCLA Loneliness Scale
You will not qualify if you...
- Cognitive impairments
- Psychiatric disorders, learning disabilities, or active suicidal thoughts
- Currently participating in psychotherapy or psychosocial interventions aimed at improving well-being
