Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Be 18 years or older
- Identify as Latinx
- Prefer behavioral health services in Spanish
- Meet DSM criteria for any mild to moderate anxiety disorder
- Own a smartphone
You will not qualify if you...
- Experience suicidality
- Have psychosis
- Have bipolar disorder
- Have severe anxiety disorders
- Have severe depressive disorders
- Experience homicidality
