- 18 years and older
- Meet the diagnostic criteria of China 2018, JACC/AHA 2017, or ESC 2016 heart failure guidelines
- Agree to be tested and sign an informed consent certificate
You will not qualify if you...
- Younger than 18 years old
- Refusal to participate in the study
- Life expectancy less than 1 year due to non-heart failure conditions
