Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients who received or were evaluated for radiation therapy since 2000 for benign or malignant conditions in curative or palliative settings
- Patients with similar diagnoses and disease status at UTSW who chose non-radiation treatments like surgery, systemic therapy, or supportive care and are followed by oncology specialists at UT Southwestern Medical Center

History of severe allergic reactions to study medication Currently pregnant or breastfeeding Recent participation in another clinical trial within the last 30 days Presence of uncontrolled medical conditions that could affect safety
