Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults 18 years and older with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa receiving or planning to receive Cosentyx within approved indications
- Patients aged 6 to 18 years with moderate to severe pediatric plaque psoriasis receiving or planning to receive Cosentyx within approved indications
- Patients aged 6 to 18 years with enthesitis-related arthritis or juvenile psoriatic arthritis in the juvenile idiopathic arthritis category receiving or planning to receive Cosentyx within approved indications
- Patients or guardians who have provided written informed consent to participate in the study
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients contraindicated for Cosentyx according to national prescribing information
- Patients currently participating in other interventional clinical trials
