Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 18 and 65 years
- Performance status 0: fully active, no restrictions
- Performance status 1: restricted strenuous activity but ambulatory and able to carry out light work
- Performance status 2: capable of all self-care and up and about more than 50% of waking hours

- Patients with severe comorbidities such as heart failure, pulmonary failure, or renal failure
