Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 6 and 55 years
- Gender not limited
- Provided informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of obvious strabismus or amblyopia in children
- Congenital eye diseases such as congenital cataract or congenital retinal disease
- Secondary myopia or myopia with systemic syndromes like Marfan syndrome
- History of internal eye surgery including cataract extraction or anti-glaucoma procedures
- Opacity in refractive media such as corneal disease or lens opacity
- Abnormal intraocular pressure (less than 10 mmHg, greater than 21 mmHg, or difference over 5 mmHg between eyes)
- Fundus chorioretinopathy excluding high myopia degenerative changes or other intraocular diseases
- Optic nerve damage or congenital optic nerve dysfunction
- Inability to attend regular check-ups
- Adjustment range less than 8 diopters or significant near vision difficulties
- Other reasons deemed unsuitable by researchers
