Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Signed informed consent
- Age 18 years or older and less than 71 years
- Diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis according to the revised 2017 McDonald Criteria
- Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) score between 3.0 and 6.5 with a pyramidal functional system score of 3.0 or more
- Neurologically stable with no medication changes or relapses for at least 30 days before screening
- Allowed to continue fampridine if started more than 30 days before screening; no new stimulant or spasticity treatments during the study
- No changes in disease modifying therapy for at least 3 months before screening
- Ability to perform the Timed 25-Foot Walk Test and willingness to comply with study protocol, per investigator's opinion
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of other neurological disorders that could affect disability during the study
- Significant cardiovascular, psychiatric, pulmonary, renal, hepatic, endocrine, metabolic, or gastrointestinal disease that would prevent participation
- Pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study
- Previous treatment with rTMS for any reason
- Contraindications to rTMS such as central nervous system implanted devices or pacemaker
- Any condition making the participant unsuitable for the study, as judged by the investigator
