Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients with clinically confirmed Parkinson's disease according to 2015 MDS criteria with Hoehn & Yahr stage ≤ 2.5
- Patients with clinically probable Parkinson's disease according to 2015 MDS criteria with Hoehn & Yahr stage ≤ 2.5
- Adults over 30 years old with multisystem atrophy showing progressive symptoms and specific motor and autonomic dysfunctions
- Patients clinically diagnosed with probable progressive supranuclear palsy according to Chinese clinical criteria
- Healthy individuals matched by age and gender to patient groups
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients who do not consent to participate in the study
- Patients with secondary Parkinson's syndrome caused by vascular issues, drugs, or other factors
- Patients with severe cognitive impairment, Alzheimer's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or other neurodegenerative diseases
