Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Non pregnant people with remaining fasting serum/plasma and urine samples of prediabetes or diabetes patients based on specific glucose tolerance test results
- Pregnant people with remaining fasting serum/plasma and urine samples of gestational diabetes patients based on specific OGTT thresholds
- Non pregnant people with remaining fasting serum/plasma and urine samples of normal glucose tolerance test population
- Pregnant people with remaining fasting serum/plasma and urine samples of normal glucose tolerance test not meeting gestational diabetes diagnosis
You will not qualify if you...
- Serum/plasma/urine sample volume less than 300 microliters
- Improper storage or repeated freezing and thawing of samples
- Samples showing obvious hemolysis, lipemia, or jaundice
