A Research Protocol for Evaluating the Efficacy of Perfused Chemotherapeutic Agents for Bladder Cancer Based on Organoid Technology
Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18-80 years old, any gender
- Patients with intermediate-risk and high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) needing bladder perfusion therapy
- No prior bladder perfusion therapy except immediate postoperative perfusion
- ECOG status score of 0-2
- Able to follow the trial protocol and cooperate with adverse event observation and follow-up
- Voluntarily agree to participate and have signed informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Bladder perforation during TURBT, postoperative gross hematuria, symptomatic severe chemical cystitis, or urinary tract infection
- Immunodeficiency or immune system damage (e.g., AIDS, immunosuppressive drugs, radiotherapy)
- Known allergies or sensitivities to the study drug or its components
- Long-term use of hormonal drugs or history of drug abuse/dependence
- Current pregnancy, breastfeeding, or plans for pregnancy soon
- Abnormal blood counts, liver/kidney function, or coagulation indexes as defined
- Previous or current myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) or acute myeloid leukemia (AML)
- History of significant neurological or psychiatric disorders
- Serious medical conditions that threaten safety or interfere with study completion
- Other serious diseases or social/family factors affecting safety or data collection
- Uncontrolled co-morbidities including active infections, heart failure, unstable angina, or arrhythmias
- Investigator judgment deeming participant unsuitable for the study
