A Research Study of House Dust Mite (HDM) SLIT-tablet for the Treatment of HDM Allergy in Chinese Participants Aged 12-65
Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Male or female Chinese subjects aged 12-65 years
- Clinical history of house dust mite allergic rhinitis/rhinoconjunctivitis, with or without asthma
- Allergic rhinitis symptoms despite allergy treatment during the year before screening
- Allergic rhinitis symptoms on at least 8 of the last 14 days of the baseline period
- Use of symptom-relief medication for house dust mite allergic rhinitis on at least 8 of the last 14 days of the baseline period
- Positive skin prick test and IgE for Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus or Dermatophagoides farinae at screening
- Lung function at least 70% of predicted value
You will not qualify if you...
- Sensitization and regular exposure to perennial allergens
- Nasal or pharyngeal conditions interfering with safety or efficacy evaluation
- Asthma requiring treatment with high-dose inhaled corticosteroids
- History of systemic allergic reaction
