Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Healthy participants
- Aged 18 to 45 years (inclusive)
- Body weight at least 50 kg
- For SAD part B only: Fitzpatrick skin type I-III (Caucasian)
- C-reactive protein level 10 mg/L or less
- Additional inclusion criteria apply
You will not qualify if you...
- Any active or chronic disease or condition that might interfere with the study or pose risk to the participant as judged by the investigator
- Diseases involving immune system impairment, including immune-mediated diseases and transplant patients
- Significant allergic reactions (urticaria or anaphylaxis) to insect bites
- History of neurological disorders including neuropathy
- Significant allergic reactions to any drug or food, especially shellfish, or multiple drug allergies (non-active hay fever is allowed)
- Additional exclusion criteria apply
