Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- 13 years of age or older
- Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes mellitus at least 2 years ago
- Prior experience with strength and conditioning training
- Hemoglobin A1C less than or equal to 10%
- Currently using continuous glucose monitoring for diabetes management
You will not qualify if you...
- Physical limitations that may prevent completion of study exercises
- Not able to communicate in English
