Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • 13 years of age or older
  • Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes mellitus at least 2 years ago
  • Prior experience with strength and conditioning training
  • Hemoglobin A1C less than or equal to 10%
  • Currently using continuous glucose monitoring for diabetes management
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Physical limitations that may prevent completion of study exercises
  • Not able to communicate in English
