- Smokers: Have consumed at least one cigarette every day for the last year as per WHO and ICD criteria
- Smokers: Willing to participate in the study
- Smokers: Able to walk and cooperate with study procedures
- Non-smokers: Have never smoked or have not smoked in the last year as per WHO and ICD criteria
- Non-smokers: Willing to participate in the study
- Non-smokers: Able to walk and cooperate with study procedures
You will not qualify if you...
- Have any heart or lung disease
- Have any musculoskeletal problem that could affect the tests
- Unable to comply with study procedures or tests
