Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients with intermediate coronary artery stenosis (50-90% blockage) planned for RFR-guided intervention
- Patients who voluntarily agree to participate and provide informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe left ventricular dysfunction with ejection fraction below 30%
- Cardiogenic shock
- Acute coronary syndrome involving the target vessel
- Donor vessel supplying chronic total occlusion of a non-target vessel
- Symptomatic heart valve disease or cardiomyopathy
- Unstable heart rate below 50 beats per minute or blood pressure under 90 mmHg during intervention
- Previous coronary artery bypass graft with patent grafts to the vessel studied
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Non-cardiac conditions with life expectancy less than 1 year or likely to affect study compliance
