RevCore for In Stent Thrombosis
Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or older
- Stent age greater than 6 weeks
- Thrombosed stents located in proximal lower extremity deep veins including common femoral, external iliac, or common iliac vein
- Ability for the RevCore Thrombectomy Catheter to enter the vasculature
- Willingness and ability to provide informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Exposed stents with broken, significantly deformed, or protruding struts
- Stents not fully apposed to the vessel wall
- Stents compressed to less than 10 mm
- Bilateral in-stent thrombosis
- Congenital anatomical anomalies of the iliac veins
- Allergy, hypersensitivity, or thrombocytopenia from heparin or iodinated contrast agents, except mild to moderate allergies manageable with pretreatment
- Any contraindication to anticoagulants or antiplatelets that cannot be medically managed
- Chronic non-ambulatory status
- Known hypercoagulable states that cannot be medically managed
- Inability to secure venous access
- Any condition deemed by the Investigator to make participation not in the subject's best interest
- Current participation in another investigational drug or device study
