Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age range: 6-12 years old.
- Diagnosed with Type II Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA).
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe comorbidities or implanted devices preventing MRI or claustrophobia.
- Refusal to provide informed consent or inability to complete the entire study.
- Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic 60 mmHg and/or diastolic 5 mmHg) or severe heart failure (NYHA Class III or IV).
- Cognitive impairment or inability to understand study requirements.
