Age: 18Years +

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Signed and dated informed consent form before any trial-specific procedures
  • Female patients aged 18 years or older
  • Histologically confirmed invasive breast cancer
  • Breast-conserving surgery or mastectomy with axillary staging including sentinel lymph node biopsy and/or axillary lymph node dissection
  • Able to hold breath for more than 30 seconds after deep inspiration
  • Planned postoperative radiotherapy targeting regional lymph nodes including internal mammary nodes under DIBH
  • Planned moderate hypofractionated radiotherapy
  • Karnofsky Performance Status score of 80 or higher
  • Estimated life expectancy greater than 5 years
  • Sufficient wound healing from surgery with no active infection at radiation site
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women
  • Severe, uncontrolled medical conditions that make participation unsuitable or affect protocol compliance
  • Unable to understand or comply with breath-hold training instructions
  • Right-sided breast cancer
