Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Histologically confirmed gastric adenocarcinoma with no prior surgery on primary or metastatic tumors
- Presence of peritoneal metastases from gastric cancer confirmed by laparoscopy without gastric or intestinal obstruction
- Voluntary enrollment with signed informed consent
- Age 18 years or older
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 2 or less
- Expected life expectancy of at least 3 months
- Adequate organ and bone marrow function
- Willingness to follow study procedures and attend follow-up visits
You will not qualify if you...
- Evidence of distant metastases beyond peritoneal metastases at the time of enrollment
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- History of other cancers in the past 5 years except treated skin cancer or cervical carcinoma in situ
- Severe mental illness, uncontrolled epilepsy, or central nervous system disease
