Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Positive Maudsley's test and Cozen's test
  • Positive Spurling and axial distraction tests
  • Limited range of motion of the cervical spine
  • Positive upper limb tension test (ULTT)
  • Middle-aged individuals between 40 and 60 years old
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Participants with any pathologies
  • Participants involved in other studies
  • Patients undergoing corticosteroid treatment
  • Patients who had physical therapy, surgical interventions for elbow or cervical spine issues within the past year
  • Individuals with inflammatory, infectious, or systemic diseases
  • Participants with bilateral elbow pain
  • Participants with tumor diseases
