You may qualify if you...
- Symptomatic carotid stenosis greater than 50%
- Unilateral asymptomatic carotid stenosis greater than 60%
- Bilateral asymptomatic carotid stenosis greater than 60%
You will not qualify if you...
- Carotid restenosis
- Major surgery in the previous 6 months
- Previous brain trauma or brain surgery
- Malignant disease
- Epilepsy
- Carotid artery aneurysm
