Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • BMI 19-25 kg/m2
  • Male gender
  • Age between 20 and 50 years
  • Healthy without diabetes or major diseases
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Diagnosis of diabetes
  • Heart, liver, or kidney disease
  • Consumption of more than 14 units of alcohol per week or drug abuse
  • Smoking or use of any nicotine products
  • Alanin aminotransferase (ALAT) levels 2 times or more above normal range
  • Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) less than 60 ml/min/1.73m2 or creatinine above normal range
  • Blood pressure higher than 140/90 mmHg
  • Hemoglobin levels below normal range
  • Corrected QT Interval (Qtc) greater than 0.45 seconds on ECG
  • Known pituitary gland disease or previous pituitary surgery
  • Any other disease or condition that may affect participation as judged by the trial managers
