Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Adult patients (aged above 18 years) undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Patients with diabetes.
  • Patients with malignancies.
  • Immunosuppressed patients.
  • Patients lost to follow-up.
  • Patients who received antibiotics within 72 hours before admission.
  • Patients with complicated cases, including gangrenous and perforated cholecystitis and abscess.
