Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 20 and 60 years
- Lower back pain lasting at least 3 months
- No perception problems and able to cooperate well
- Willingness to attend regular physiotherapy program checks and evaluations
You will not qualify if you...
- History of spinal surgery
- Low back pain caused by inflammatory, tumoral, or metabolic conditions
- Orthopedic obstacles to treatment such as pes planus, genu varum, genu valgum, scoliosis
- Neurological problems like Multiple Sclerosis or Stroke
- History of spine or lower extremity surgery
- Other musculoskeletal disorders affecting the lower extremity
- Pregnancy
