Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age between 20 and 60 years
  • Lower back pain lasting at least 3 months
  • No perception problems and able to cooperate well
  • Willingness to attend regular physiotherapy program checks and evaluations
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • History of spinal surgery
  • Low back pain caused by inflammatory, tumoral, or metabolic conditions
  • Orthopedic obstacles to treatment such as pes planus, genu varum, genu valgum, scoliosis
  • Neurological problems like Multiple Sclerosis or Stroke
  • History of spine or lower extremity surgery
  • Other musculoskeletal disorders affecting the lower extremity
  • Pregnancy
