Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Able to understand and willing to sign a written informed consent form for the study
- Completed treatment in a predetermined Incyte-sponsored povorcitinib parent study without safety or tolerability concerns as assessed by the investigator
- Experienced clinical benefit from povorcitinib treatment during the parent study as determined by the investigator
- Demonstrated compliance with parent study protocol requirements as assessed by the investigator
- Willing to avoid pregnancy or fathering children as defined in the protocol
- Willing and able to follow the study protocol and procedures
You will not qualify if you...
- Permanently discontinued study treatment during the parent study
- Had temporary study drug interruption due to safety or efficacy reasons at or after the parent study's final visit
- Received biologic immunomodulator therapy or live, attenuated vaccine within 28 days before starting this rollover study
- Plans to receive a live, attenuated vaccine during the study or within 8 weeks after the last dose of study drug
- Pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy
- Known severe allergic reaction or hypersensitivity to povorcitinib or similar products
- Currently enrolled in any other clinical study involving investigational products or incompatible medical research
- Any condition that may interfere with study participation, pose risk, or affect study data interpretation as judged by investigator or sponsor
- Other protocol-defined inclusion or exclusion criteria may apply
