  • Histologically confirmed diagnosis of cancer
  • Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0 or 1
  • Ability to own and use a smartphone
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Terminal cancer
  • Cognitive impairment
  • Not using a smartphone
