The goal of this observational study is to learn about neuroimage and biomarkers in the Alzheimer's continuum. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How is the neurovascular coupling during AD pathogenesis? * How is the pattern/mapping of alterations in AD biomarkers? Participants will be observed and visit the research center annually to perform multi-modal MRI, PET, neuropsychological tests, and blood tests.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Male and female aged 50 to 90 years old
- Diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment due to Alzheimer's disease or dementia according to NIA-AA 2011 criteria
- Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD) total score less than 10
- Clinical dementia rating (CDR) of 0.5 or above
- No obvious signs on neurological examination
- Have a stable and reliable caregiver
- At least primary school education (grade 6) and able to complete cognitive tests and training
You will not qualify if you...
- Cognitive decline caused by other conditions such as cerebrovascular disease, infections, CJD, Huntington's, Parkinson's, DLB, traumatic brain injury, substance effects, systemic diseases, intracranial tumors, endocrine disorders, vitamin deficiencies, or other dementia causes
- History of nervous system diseases including stroke, optic myelitis, Parkinson's disease, or epilepsy
- Psychiatric disorders including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, or delirium
- Unstable or serious diseases of heart, lung, liver, kidney, or blood system; poor prognosis from malignant tumors
- Vision or hearing problems affecting cognitive test performance
- Severe alcoholism or drug abuse within the last two years
- Considered unable to complete the study by researchers
- Contraindications to MRI or PET scanning
