Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 18 and 80 years
- Postoperative histopathological diagnosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)
- Underwent ICG fluorescence-guided laparoscopic anatomical liver resection
- Child-Pugh Class A or B
- ASA score I to III
- ECOG Performance Status between 0 and 2
- No invasion of major vessels (main portal vein or first-order branches, main hepatic vein)
- No distant metastasis
You will not qualify if you...
- Pathology shows non-HCC components such as cholangiocarcinoma, combined HCC-ICC, or metastatic liver cancer
- Presence of other active malignancies
- Received preoperative anti-tumor therapy including TACE, ablation, radiotherapy, systemic therapy, or prior hepatectomy
- Tumor rupture
- Conversion to open surgery during procedure
- Unclear surgical records regarding ICG staining method
- Intraoperative ICG staining failure preventing fluorescence-guided resection
- Missing data that prevents assessment of the primary study endpoint
