Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia.
- Documented NPM1 mutation or KMT2A rearrangement.
- Documented FLT3 mutation (for cohort A-3 only).
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) Performance status of 2 or less.
- Adequate liver and kidney function as defined in the study protocol.
- Ejection fraction above the protocol-defined limit.
- Able to understand and provide written informed consent prior to screening.
- Agreed to use contraception as defined in the protocol.
You will not qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of acute promyelocytic leukemia or blast chronic myeloid leukemia.
- Clinically active central nervous system leukemia.
- Active and uncontrolled infection.
- Mean corrected QT interval (QTcF) over 480 ms.
- Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including certain cardiac diseases.
- Received radiation, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or other anticancer therapy less than 14 days or within 5 drug half-lives before first study dose.
- Major surgery within 4 weeks before first study dose.
- Received hematopoietic stem cell transplant without adequate recovery per protocol.
- Active graft-versus-host disease or on immunosuppressive drugs for it.
- Pregnant or lactating.
